Please be informed consular services at the Lithuanian Embassy in Finland will be restricted during this period. Only URGENT CONSULAR ASSISTANCE will be provided and new documents sent from Lithuania issued. If you have lost your identity and citizenship documents or if they have expired and you need to urgently travel to Lithuania, you may be issued an Emergency Travel Document. Information about obtaining this Certificate can be found under the section Konsulinė informacija > Aktualiausia informacija > ES laikinasis kelionės dokumentas. To request this document, please call +358 9 684 48815 or email consul.fi@urm.lt.
Other consular services—such as drafting and certifying powers of attorney, issuing or renewing passports or ID cards, registering the birth of infants, etc.—will not be available between May 4 and |May 11, 2026. You may register for these services starting May 12 (Tuesday) at https://keliauk.urm.lt/consult_registration
