The exhibition “City. Real estate. Investments” has been organized by Lithuanian Exhibition Center Litexpo since the year 2001 and the exhibition is still relevant to all those engaged in real estate financing, development, building, and management, leasing or renting, selling and insurance activities and those that are otherwise related to this field.
Representatives from municipalities of the cities, real estate market players, investors, valuators, buyers meet at the exhibition. Original ideas attractive for investors are born here, dialogue between government and business is promoted.
It is an ideal place for visitors to find direct information about urban development, supply of real estate, new investment projects attractive for both Lithuanian and foreign investors, to familiarize oneself with housing and other equipment and operation of buildings.
Theme REAL ESTATE
Purpose of the theme – creation of conditions for final user and business companies in one place to receive comprehensive information about real estate supply, to choose the most favourable housing crediting options, to learn about business project financing possibilities, to attend specialised events reflecting development trends prevailing real estate market.
