Lithuanian Film Evenings 2016

On 14-15th November, 2016 Lithuanian film evenings took place in Helsinki, at cinema Kino K-13. Traditional Lithuanian film evenings are organized for the ninth time in Helsinki.

This year the programme includes two full-length films: Peace to us in our dreams by Šarūnas Bartas and feature movie the Gambler by Ignas Jonynas; as well as short movies: The Noisemaker by Karolis Kaupinis and Yesterday will be tommorrow by Janina Lapinskaitė.

Lithuanian film evenings are organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania together with the Donelaitis Society (Donelaitis seura - liettuan ystävät ry).

Lithuanian film evenings in Helsinki have become a nice tradition and each year it attracts more and more Lithuanian film lovers.
