Discussion on countering dsinformation at the Lithuanian Embassy in Helsinki Added 2024-10-22 An international discussion "Disinformation: Shapes of the Malign Tool & How to Counter" took place at the Lithuanian Embassy in Helsinki on 16 October last. During the discussion, Finnish and Lithuanian experts as well as diplomats residing in Finland discussed the forms of information warfare, how these forms are presented to the public, and the means to counter disinformation.
